Researching The Missing Sword

[Akadeanna Hawk]

Akadeanna was deep in the archives of the Weyr; she had learned that there were files of the Cybertronians in the Archives so the young woman sat in the archives with a table piled high with files from Cybertron; she had files on every place on Cybertron, but the largest stack was on the Knights Of Cybertron as she was trying to find the missing sword of her group, the Leadership Sword of the Knights was at her side as she searched.

There was another in the Archives. This was Orion Pax and it was his job to keep the files on Cybertron and making sure they were in their proper places. He had spotted a human woman who was interested in the history of Cybertron and he was curious about the sword she had with her. He walks over and says, "Why are so interested in the history of Cybertron? Forgive me if I'm nosy. I'm Orion Pax." He nods at the Sword. "That sword looks like 1 of the Swords of the 13 Knights of Legend. How is it that you have one of them?"

Akadeanna had seen the young Archivist that was assigned to the Weyr by Alpha Trion, but had yet to meet the young one; he reminded her a lot of Orion before she had made him Optimus Prime, but Ratchet told her that the young Prime had been killed by Endymion during the 4th fairy cycle, when he was in his Varin form. She looks up from the files on Vos she was looking at when a voice reached her and she says, “I’m trying to find out any information I can on a missing relic young one. That’s all right, Alpha Trion told me about you. Orion that is nice; do you know what your name means young one? My name is Akadeanna Hawk, I’m a Dragon Candidate of the Weyr.” She touches the sword at her side and says, “Very good Orion it is one of the Swords; this is the leadership sword of the Knights Of Cybertron. I am a Half-Breed, I am known to most in my other form as Flowerdancer Prime, I was chosen as the new leader, it stays with me even in my Human form. I am the bi-colored Seeker who fights for the Ark Autobots and the Moon Wind Autobots.”

Orion smiles. "Oh, you are? I'm glad that he has told you about me. Thank you. Of course I do. It means Peace Hunter if memory serves me right. A pleasure to meet you Akadeanna. Oh, you are? We Cybertronians can't impress dragons as you well know." He smiles. "I learned about them on Cybertron. Oh, so that's the leadership of the Knights of Cybertron. You are? I've never met any before today. Well I don't get out much so I can't wait to one day meet your other form. Oh, you were? That makes sense to me that it does. Oh, I've seen you then before, though I don't fight with them yet."

Akadeanna smiles and says, “Yes I am. Of course he has, I’m very good friends with Alpha Trion after all. You are very welcome. You are correct that’s what Orion Pax mean. Yes I am. Actually we can if we are Half-Breeds like I am, I was actually born a Human and my Seeker form came out when I was 6 to protect me from the Decepticon Seeker known as Starscream,” she pauses and laughs and says, “He pissed himself and messed himself when I shifted into my Seeker form.” She smiles and says, “I’m glad you did. Yes it’s the leadership sword of the Knights Of Cybertron. Yes I am. Well now you have; there are only 3 of us right now as the others were killed during a battle with Unicron; they are myself, Blaster Master well it’s Blaster Prime now, and Quintus. Quintus is the only surviving of the originals; but Blaster was their teacher. I promise you will get to meet my other form. Yes I was. I’m glad it does. I’m not surprised you have seen me before. When you want to join us come talk to me either in this form or as Flowerdancer; Ironhide who now leads the Ark Autobots has made it my job since I am a Prime to accept new members.”

She pulls out a picture and shows it to him and says, “This is one of our 13 swords, but it is missing; it has been since the fight with Unicron it belonged to a Mech known as Moonstar Prime.”

Orion smiles. "I'm glad to know at least 3 survived. Oh yes, I read that he had been their teacher. I look forward to it. Of course it does. Of course I have seen you before. I will come and talk to you when I am ready to join you. Ah so it is Ironhide who leads them. Well I'm glad to know who to come to for that."

He looks at the picture and looks at it. "So that's the one that is missing? Ah, Moonstar Prime. I have just the area you may wish to look around for information on him." He leads the way to the section where they had files on the Vosian Kings and says, "This is where the files of the Vosian Kings are. This may help you in your search, Akadeanna. I hope so."

Akadeanna smiles and says, “Those who know that 3 survive are glad for that. I’m not surprised you did read that, his Grandsire was the Second In Command before him, and on his deathbed Blaster was given his place and his Matrix. I’m glad you have, the other 3 Seekers who fly with me are my Quaterne Mates; Skyfire, Skywarp, and Thundercracker. I’m glad you will come and talk to me. Yeah after our leader Prime was killed during the Fairy Princes 4th cycle when they woke up evil well at least Endymion and Chatoma did, Bjorn and Vayu didn’t, his name was Optimus Prime and he was one of the 13 as well, Third In Command our Mediator. I’d be happy to train you to fight too, I might be a Seeker, however I’m also trained in ground combat.”

She nods and says, “Yes that’s the one that’s missing. Yeah Moonstar. I’d be happy if you’d show me.” She stands up and follows the young Mech to the files she hadn’t grabbed yet and she says, “So he was a Vosian King; I didn’t know that; must’ve been close to the first of the Kings. I hope so too.” She picks up a few and sat down and picks up the first and she stares at the first photo and says, “That’s him no doubt.” She shows the picture to the young Mech and says, “Minus the robes that’s what the pictures of the 13 show him to look like.”

Orion nods. "That is something that's the one that is missing. No problem at all as it is my job after all." He nods. "Yes, he was a Vosian King. Well now you know he was. Yes, from what I know he was very close to the first Kings." He nods. "That's something. I've never seen him but for the files. I've seen pictures of the other 12 but this is the first I've seen of him like this." He pulls out a picture of the 13 and says, "They were a strong lot weren't they?" He points at one. "Him especially." He pointed at one that almost looked like Orion.

Akadeanna nods and says, “I know it is something, the weirder thing is the ones who died in the fight with Unicron their bodies were retrieved except for Moonstar’s body, his sword nor his body were ever found. Yes it is young one.” She smiles and says, “I bet he was a kind King as I remember hearing that he was a kind Knight. Well the Knights were around when Vos was first formed that’s how I figure that he had to be close to being the very first,” she pauses and reads over his information and she laughs and says, “He was the first King Of Vos these say.” She sighs and says, “And I’ve seen nobody that looks like him; it says his true creators are unknown, but he was raised Vosian Nobility.” She looks at the picture he showed her and says, “Yes they were,” she pauses and points at the one in the middle and she says, “He is the one I have taken the place of, I bear his Matrix and his sword.” She flinches seeing the one he indicated and says, “Yes he was, you must’ve read the files on Optimus Prime; that’s him. The funny thing is before he became a Prime his name was Orion Pax before he was a Knight Of Cybertron and when he was resparked and became Optimus again.” She then asks, “What do you know of The First Child Of Cybertron?”

Orion nods. "So he was the original leader then?" He saw her flinch. He nods. "Of course I've read about Optimus Prime. That is weird that he and I shared the same name before he resparked and became Optimus again." He frowns. "I don't know much except what is in our files. That the first child of Cybertron was the first human born on Cybertron with an Autobot Guardian. How is it that you know of this?"

Akadeanna nods and says, “Yes he was the original leader, Blaster Master saw the same stuff in me as the original one had that is why I was chosen to take up his Matrix and Sword, even if it was before I was born in my Human form, it was because of my change of history, that I had the sword since I was 3 months old, and at 18 became a Prime taking up his Matrix.” She nods and says, “I’m not surprised you’ve read about him. I know it is weird, you even look like he did before I made him a Prime at the beginning of time after his resparking, and you remind me a lot of him.” She listens to his words about her even though it was obvious he didn’t know she was that child, she sighs and says, “I know of her because,” She stands up and opens the back of the top she was wearing showing the 3 marks on her back, a Blackhawk Helicopter on her left shoulder-blade, Skyfire in his jet-form on her right shoulder-blade and a Protoform along her spine and she says, “I am The First Child Of Cybertron,” She lowers her head in sorrow and says, “He died during the 4th fairy prince’s cycle Prince Endymion killed him, that is why the mark is a Protoform.”

Orion nods. "I remember that he had been. That's good that he chose you as the new leader. I see and that makes sense to me." He nods. "Of course I have read about him before. Yes it is weird. I do? That is weirder that I do. And I remind you of him as well?" He gasps at the 3 marks. "I am honored to finally meet you at last. I've heard so much about you." He nods. "That's sad that he died during the 4th fairy cycle. So Endymion killed him? That's sad. Well that makes sense to me. Thing is, I guess it would take a miracle to know if Optimus is still around and if I might by chance be him."

Grover was in a different part of the Cybertron Archives, looking up data for Ratchet. This was his human form but in his other form he was known as Bee, or Bumblebee. He heard 2 people talking and he walks over and he nearly faints. "Optimus? But we thought you were dead." Orion turns around at the voice and says, "Excuse me? My name is Orion Pax."

Akadeanna smiles softly and says, “I’m not surprised you do Orion. Yes it is good he did. I’m glad it does.” She nods and says, “I knew Optimus from the time I was 3 months old, so yes I know you are a lot like he was and how much you remind me of him.” She smiles and says, “I can tell you are young one. You can ask me anything you wish.” She closed her top back up putting her Vosian Princess Robes back down as well and she sighs turning back around and says, “I know it’s sad he died during the 4th fairy cycle. Yes he did, Optimus was a Half-Breed too his name was Varin as a Human and Endymion killed him in his Human form, you probably have read what it is like when one of a Bondmate pair dies, it was 5 times worse when I felt Optimus die, I woke up out of a sound recharge screaming. I know it is sad. I’m glad it does, Ironhide protects Optimus’ Matrix and his sword now. Yes it would take a miracle to know if he is still around, there is a way to know, if you would be willing to go to the Ark with me.”

Akadeanna had known Bumblebee was in the Archives as she had seen the young bot in his Human form there, but she had hoped he wouldn’t find them as she knew how much Orion looked like Optimus and she feared the young scout would think he was Optimus. She flinches as sure enough Grover had came over and she says, “This is Grover young Orion he is better known as the Scout Bumblebee of the Ark Team.” She looks at Grover and says, “Don’t fret young one I thought the same thing when I first saw him; if he will allow I’m going to present him.”

Orion nods. "Yes, it is sad he died during the 4th fairy cycle. Yes, I remember reading that he was a half-breed too. Yes, I've read about that. I can image it was harder on you. That's sad and I know it had to be hard on you knowing he was gone. Of course it does. Oh, he does? Yes, it would be. There is? I guess it wouldn't hurt whatever you have in mind."

Orion smiles. "A pleasure Grover. Or should I call you Bumblebee or Bee?" Grover says, "Grover will do for now. I think you should and he should try." Orion says, "Present me? What do you mean by that?" He suddenly became afraid.

Akadeanna sighs and says, “He was a good strong Mech, but always caring and worried for his men; I heard you have met his older brothers, younger brother, and have a nasty hatred of his spark-twin. Optimus’ older brothers are Stardancer Prime and Stargazer Prime the twin Prime leaders of the Moon Wind Autobot Team and Thrust is his younger brother and Megatron was his spark-twin. I am the reason so many Cybertronians are Half-Breed’s now I developed that technology, Varin was my idea it is Egyptian for Optimus. I’m not surprised you have. Of course it was, I remember before changing history how hard the loss of Skyfire or in his Human form Skylar was even though we weren’t bonded, but it was worse loosing Optimus. I was living as Silverstar on Cybertron at the time. Yes he does. Yes there is. I’m glad it wouldn’t.”

She smiles she could almost see the connection that Optimus had with Bumblebee, but didn’t get her hopes up that it was her Optimus. She nods and says, “I’m glad you think I should and that he should try.” She rubs Orion’s back and says, “Don’t fret scraplet, it’s what I was talking about the only way to know, it won’t hurt; you need to be presented before the Matrix and the Knight Of Cybertron sword that belonged to Optimus Prime. It will not hurt and if you are carrying it will not harm any Sparkling or Sparklings.”

Grover nods. "Of course I do. Ratchet and Ironhide would agree with me on this as you well know. And lets not say anything about Jazz." Orion nods. "So this presenting me? It is good then. I can accept that. So they belonged to Optimus Prime and it would prove if I am him for sure? I'm glad it won't and I guess it won't hurt to try and see if I am him. The worst thing that can happen is, I remain Orion Pax." Grover says, "Now you sound more and more like the Optimus I knew, so I'm sure you are him, Orion. No doubt about that."

Akadeanna chuckles and says, “I know they would scraplet. Unfortunately he will be there I already asked Ironhide to gather our family for the presentation, it will be in front of our home.” She nods and says, “Yes that’s right Orion. I’m glad you can accept that, I know I probably just sounded like a Medic to you there; I was trained by Sorin and Ratchet as a Medic before I became a Prime. Yes they did, and it would prove if you are him for sure. I’ve watched it before and know what happens; I wouldn’t ask if you didn’t act so much like Optimus had. That is true that is only the worst thing that could happen.” She laughs and says, “He’s been acting like Optimus since he came over to me Bee.”

Grover chuckles. "Yes, they would. I had a feeling he would be there. That's good it will be in front of our home, knowing how many will want to be there for this." Orion smiles. "Of coure I can accept that. Yes, you did sound like a medic there. So you were trained by 2 of our best Medics then. I'm glad it would if I am him. That's good that you know what happens. I know you wouldn't if I don't act so much like he had. Yes, I know. The best is the Ark would have their leader back again." Bee chuckles. "I can believe it. The times I've visited the Archives he's acted like Optimus. This will only prove us right that he is Optimus."
