The Weyrbowl was basically empty as most were inside the Weyr or doing other things, so nobody saw an unusual light beam hit the air above the Weyrbowl. Then a second one hit the air above the Weyrbowl and the second caused the ground to shake. The light was so bright that it couldn't at first been seen what had caused the unusual light beams in the air or where they had come from. But as the light dimmed, 2 creatures could be seen outlined in the sky. They had the shapes of dragons but these were much larger and bigger than most dragons. These 2 were Majestic Star Dragons and the last 2 of their kind. They had come from was Denear, which was a planet not that far from Asgard. Odin had sent the 2 dragons to Pern for their safety and hopefully for the 2 to find riders. He knew the female was with a clutch so he figured that they should arrive above the Weyrbowl for their arrival. |

When the two arrived a rather large gold dragon who was dwarfed by the two arrivals sweeps the air above the bowl before landing; there were 2 riders on her back, but until they removed their helmets was one able to notice that one was a male rider and the other was a female rider. The female shakes her long blonde hair and she says, "Thanks Wesley I love the performance at Harper Hall." The young man says, "No problem Akadeanna. I had fun too."

The female bugles at Rinth. I am Solanth and this is my mate Querdenth. We were sent here by the god Odin. He said we would be safe here and we would find riders for me and my mate and possible riders for my clutch that I now carry. Do you know of any males by the name of Sheldon or Shane? My mate and I are interested in both men.

Rinth looks at the two dragons and she says Well welcome young one the female on my back was told you two were coming, her name is Akadeanna and I am Rinth, my male rider is my rider Wesley. You are both safe here, we have 2 clutches on the sands, but you are welcome to join us on the sands. Yes I do know both of them, she pauses and calls the two men then she says I have sent for them.

Solanth smiles. Thank you from both me and my mate. Ah so that is Akadeanna. Odin told us she would be expecting us today. A pleasure Rinth. So males can ride golds? We didn't know that. Thank you from the both of us. I would appreciate a place to lay my clutch. I'm glad you do. She nods and waits. Shane came running out of the human Medical Center and headed for the dragons. He says, "You called for me, Rinth?" Querdenth looks at the male and says, I am Querdenth, Shanemine. I am hungry and you are my rider. Shane looks at the male and smiles. I am glad you chose me, Querdenth. The feeding grounds are right over there. He showed his dragon the image of the feeding grounds and the dragon launched himself and headed for the feeding grounds. Shane ran after him.

Rinth says No problem to either of you. Yes that is Akadeanna. Well that is her. Wesley was the first to impress a Gold, I didn’t want a female except his twin sister, but she had a silver waiting for her so I chose Wesley instead. Well now you know. You are both very welcome. I can show you to the hatching sands after you two tend to finding your riders. Rinth says They are why you and Sheldon were called. Shadow Jumper had been sleeping in his Room on the Ark when Rinth called to him and he falls out of bed at the Gold calling him. He headed out of his room through his opening and flew to the Weyrbowl before landing and he shifted to his human form yawning.

Solanth nods. I am glad to know that it is her. Oh, he was? We had no idea. Ah well that makes sense to me. And you chose wisely too. Yes, now I know. I would like that if you would. I am close to laying them anyway. It's not a large clutch as it is my first. Shane nods. That makes sense to me, Rinth. Solanth looks down at the arriving male. Sheldonmine. I am Solanth. My mate has gone to the feeding grounds to eat. you are my chosen rider. Will you go with me to the hatching sands so that I can lay my clutch of eggs?

Rinth says Yes he was. Now you know that. I am glad it does. I am glad you think I did, we train the new riders Weyrling's they are called. I would be happy to. If you worry about your eggs I will have our Master Healer meet us at the sands. That is ok it’s not large as it is your first, my clutch on the sands is also my first. Rinth says I am glad it does Shane. Sheldon was shocked he impressed and he says Of course I will go with you to the Hatching Sands love so you can lay them.
